Upcoming Litters

Our puppies are born in my office where I can give them & Mom plenty of attention, while allowing her a private space away from the other dogs.  We use the “Super Puppy” early neuro-stimulation protocol to help the pups develop to their full potential, and are learning the protocols of the “Puppy Culture” rearing methods. Our June 2016 litter was our first “Puppy Culture” litter, and the feedback we have received is good.

At about 4 weeks (or as soon as they become active), they are moved into our great room area. This gives them lots of exposure to household noises, other dogs, people, etc.As they grow, weather permitting, we take them out to various places on the property to give them exposure to new places, textures and animals.

While we try to observe them and note their emerging personalities, at about 7-8 weeks old we do more formal temperament testing and conformation evaluation.  This is when we start making decisions about which pup will be most suited for which home.  The choices depend on what each person wants in a pup.

We are always taking applications for puppies as knowing what homes are interested affects our planning. All of our pups are sold with a contract and written health guarantee.  Please contact us for copies of our contract if you are interested in a pup.  As always, having a good waiting list for pups certainly affects our decisions.

If you are just considering a Rat Terrier, please do your research!

If you are interested in a Puppy or Dog from us, please begin the Application process online.  This helps us in choosing the right home for each pup.

2020 Litters Planned

Aretha has returned to the farm to focus on performance events, hunting and hopefully motherhood. Unfortunately, she was on the road when she came in season in December and we miscalculated. She will be bred her next season, hopefully in May. We are very proud of all...
